Job summary

Accurate Recruitment Pty Ltd in Heathwood is recruiting multiple grinders for a busy manufacturing facility. Ongoing full-time roles available with DAY SHIFT (6.00am - 2.30PM) or AFTERNOON SHIFT (2.30PM - 11.00pm).

You will grind and clean components after fabrication/welding, operate a variety of machines & power tools, and perform quality checks to meet strict standards. Immediate start, with potential overtime and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years grinding experience in fabrication/engineering workshop.
• Experience with grinders and power tools, attention to quality and safety.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, with accurate inspection skills.

Responsibilities

• Grind and clean components after fabrication/welding.
• Operate machines and hand-held power tools.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
