Job summary

Complete Turf Management in Landsborough, QLD is seeking a full-time Greenkeeper - Groundsperson to maintain commercial turf surfaces across SEQ. The role requires an experienced, licensed operator who can work autonomously from day one across multiple sites.

You will manage turf care, operate tractors, quad bikes, mowers, sprayers, and other equipment, and uphold safety and environmental standards while supporting the team and delivering high-quality turf maintenance across SE Queensland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' hands-on experience as a Greenkeeper, Groundsperson, or in a similar turf/landscaping role, operating independently with minimal supervision
• Strong, proven knowledge of turf management practices
• Demonstrated ability to confidently operate and maintain the full range of turf equipment - tractors with implements, quad bikes, mowers, sprayers, scarifiers, aerators
• Current ACDC licence required (essential)
• A current driver's licence and reliable transportation
• Be prepared to work full-time hours, minimum 38 hour week
• Be prepared to work across numerous job sites throughout SE QLD
• Good communication skills to liaise with clients
• Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of commercial turf surfaces across SEQ. This role suits an experienced, licensed operator who can work autonomously across sites from day one - it is not suited to those seeking on-the-job training or a trainee position.

Key responsibilities
