Collarts is seeking a Graphics & Video Specialist based in Sydney to film, edit, and design across campus life, events and activations. You’ll produce social, recruitment, paid campaigns and website assets, while guiding student content creators and coordinating with the Melbourne team.
You’ll work in a fast-paced in-house studio, delivering high volumes of content with strong visual storytelling, brand consistency, and eye for composition and colour.
Shoot it. Cut it. Make Sydney look as good as it is.
Our new flagship Sydney campus is full of actors, filmmakers, animators, designers and musicians making work every day — and we need someone on the ground to capture it. We’re looking for a Graphics & Video Specialist who can turn campus life into scroll-stopping content, fast.
Based in Sydney and reporting to the Sydney Marketing Manager, you’ll be our in-house creative for the Sydney launch. You’ll film and edit video, design for digital and print, and shoot photography across campus, events and activations — producing a high volume of content for social, recruitment, paid campaigns and the website.
It’s a hands‑on production role for someone who loves variety and moves quickly. You’ll work with our Events & Engagement Specialist, Content Manager and the wider marketing team, and help supervise student content creators on paid content sprints.
Collarts (and its predecessor Ausmusic) began more than 30 years ago with three programs, a handful of students and a small team of dedicated lecturers. Our foundation disciplines were music and audio – a proudly rock and roll start - we've grown into one of Australia's leading creative education providers.
Today, operating as Collarts, we teach more than 2,000 students from over 30 countries across four campuses and 50 partner high schools. We offer 24 degree programs, 5 vocational certificates and we’re ranked Australia #1 Creative Arts Course Provider according to the 2024 Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching (QILT) national surveys.
Our community includes award winning artists, industry leaders and respected educators across music, screen, design, fashion and creative industries.
We're a team that genuinely lives our values — curiosity, kindness, connection, courage and mastery. We make space for people to experiment, back each other, and bring their whole selves to work. If you care about craft, love the creative industries, and want your work to have real cultural resonance, you'll fit right in.
