Job summary

ASV Sales & Service in Hexham (NSW) is seeking a hands-on Graphic Designer to own visual design across the business. You'll produce print, digital, video, photography, and web content, with occasional support for content and social media.

This full-time, office-based role involves on-site shoots at branches and customer sites. You will shape the brand during a refresh, create design assets for print, digital, signage, and social, and contribute to the website transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience across print, digital, and brand.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
• Ability to shoot, edit, and deliver video from concept to finish.
• Strong photography skills for product and onsite content.

ASV Sales & Service is a growing national equipment dealership with branches across Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Perth. We represent some of the biggest names in the industry including ASV Posi Track, XCMG, Wacker Neuson, Fecon, and Burchland.

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and take ownership of visual design across the business. This is a hands-on creative role where you will produce work across print, digital, video, photography, web, and brand, with occasional support for content and social media.

This is a full time, office based role at our Hexham NSW office, Monday to Friday. The role regularly gets out on the road with a camera, capturing video and photography at branches and customer sites.

You will design everything from trade show stands and machinery brochures to social content and website pages. You will also pick up a camera, get onsite at branches and customer sites, and turn raw footage into polished video content. No two days will look the same.

You will also step into some exciting brand work. With a brand refresh, you will own its visual look and feel, creating and coordinating the design assets that bring it to life across every touchpoint. You will also support our website transformation with design assets and creative input.

You will have access to all the required design tools to help you work smarter and faster.

What You Will Do

• Design print and digital material including brochures, banners, signage, emails, and digital ads across multiple brands
• Own the visual look and feel of our new brand refresh, creating and coordinating design assets across print, digital, signage, and social
• Shoot, edit, and produce video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and product showcases
• Capture product, event, and lifestyle photography onsite at branches, yards, and customer locations
• Design and build web pages, landing pages, and email templates
• Create and maintain brand materials including style guides, presentations, and logos
• Support social media and content production with designed assets, and help draft, schedule, and publish content using AI tools
• Organise print and signage production with external suppliers

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio across print, digital, brand, and social media
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Video production skills - you can shoot, edit, and deliver from start to finish
• Photography skills for product, event, and onsite content
• Experience supporting social media content for a brand or business
• A qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
• Strong layout, typography, and attention to detail
• The ability to manage your own workload, prioritise, and hit deadlines
• Locally based with the ability to get onsite at branches and customer deliveries as needed

Bonus Points

• Handy to build Canva templates for the sales team to access and use
• Experience with ecommerce and CMS platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or similar)
• Interest in AI tools for content creation and design
• Experience in heavy equipment, construction, or trades
