Job summary

Boost Juice is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to bring our brands to life across local area marketing, in-store collateral and digital channels. You will work closely with Marketing teams, franchise partners and suppliers to deliver high‑quality creative that stays true to each brand’s identity.

This hands-on role covers campaigns, promotions, websites and merchandise, with responsibility for print and digital finished artwork, prepress, layout and typography.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong graphic design, prepress, layout and typography skills.
• Retail or marketing design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop artwork for local area marketing requests across Retail Zoo brands.
• Create artwork for in-store promotions, campaigns, websites and merchandise.
• Ensure visuals align with each brand’s identity and style guidelines.
• Produce high-quality finished artwork for print and digital formats.
• Support internal design needs including stationery and collateral.
• Collaborate with franchise partners, stakeholders and suppliers.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team and bring our brands to life across a broad range of creative touchpoints. Working across the Retail Zoo portfolio, including Boost Juice & Salsas Fresh Mex, you will develop artwork for local area marketing, promotional campaigns, in-store collateral, digital channels and internal requirements.

This is a hands‑on creative role where you will work closely with our Marketing teams, franchise partners, internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver engaging, high-quality creative that remains consistent with each brand’s unique identity.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and design artwork for local area marketing requests across the Retail Zoo brands
• Create artwork for in‑store promotions, advertising campaigns, websites, merchandise and broader marketing initiatives
• Ensure creative remains consistent with each brand’s established visual identity and style
• Produce high‑quality finished artwork across print and digital formats
• Support internal artwork requirements, including company stationery and other business collateral
• Maintain productive and professional relationships with franchise partners, internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Manage multiple creative briefs and priorities while delivering work within required deadlines
• Provide creative design solutions that respond effectively to the needs of each brief
• Support and mentor other designers or freelancers when required
• Contribute to broader creative and marketing initiatives across the Retail Zoo brands
• Model the Retail Zoo values and contribute positively to the wider team

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Highly competent in creative graphic design, finished art, prepress, layout and typography
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop practical design solutions
• Previous experience within retail or marketing is preferred
• Incredible attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to take direction and respond positively to feedback
• The ability to perform under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• A collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a team
• An eagerness to learn, develop and grow within the role
