Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Funding & Grants Administrator to support government funding programs across NT, SA and WA. The role focuses on coordinating applications, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance while working with centre teams and stakeholders.

You will handle reporting, acquittals, and documentation, with opportunities to contribute to funding opportunities and improvements across a large organisation. Strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with funding programs, compliance, reporting, or grants administration.
• End-to-end grants administration experience.
• Strong administration and coordination capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate funding applications and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate funding records and grant registers.
• Monitor key dates, reporting requirements and compliance obligations.
• Prepare and coordinate acquittals and funding reports.
• Track funding allocations and expenditure information.
• Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready.
• Respond to funding-related inquiries from centres and stakeholders.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Identify future funding opportunities and support grant applications.
