Qualifications

• Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in a finance, accounts, or administration role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to report on financial information.
• Attention to detail and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and finance systems.
• Experience with grants, contracts, project funding, or acquittals is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journals and process financial transactions and invoices.
• Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and analyse discrepancies.
• Support grant and contract administration.
• Provide financial advice to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency.
