Job summary

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress in Alice Springs is seeking an experienced Admin & HR professional to manage the Grant Funding income, oversee the lifecycle of Grant Agreements, and ensure accurate recording in accounting systems. You will report on and acquit grants as required by funding agreements.

The role is a full-time max term contract until 31 January 2027, offering a competitive salary and total package, with flexible work options, leave, PD opportunities, and salary packaging.

Qualifications

• Must have an accounting qualification and 3–5 years accounting experience.
• Ability to plan, manage time and schedule effectively.
• Strong communication skills with financial literacy, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage Congress’s Grant Funding income and grant lifecycle.
• Ensure correct recording of funding in accounting systems.
• Prepare reports and acquit grants as required by funding agreements.
