Job summary

Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) is seeking a Senior Program Officer, Grant Closure to close out grant-funded projects across NSW. This Aboriginal Identified role collaborates with Local Aboriginal Land Councils, internal teams, and external partners to ensure documentation is complete, accurate and reported effectively.

Responsibilities

• Pull together planning documentation, check accuracy and compliance, and ensure outcomes are recorded and reported.
• Collaborate across teams and with internal/external stakeholders to ensure processes are consistent and well-evaluated.
• Manage competing stakeholder needs and ensure timely, complete submission of documents.
• Contribute insights for reporting and continuously improve the grant closure process across projects.
