Job summary

You will operate front-end loaders and grain handling equipment, support stock control and maintain safety, quality and records. Flexible to work extra hours during peak harvest periods and to contribute to a small, safety-focused

Qualifications

• Experience in grain bunkers, grain storage or bulk commodity operations.
• Front-end loader and telehandler experience, or willingness to obtain competency.
• Heavy Vehicle Licence (Desirable).
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work additional hours during peak harvest.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sample and assess incoming grain and byproducts.
• Operate front-end loaders, telehandlers and grain handling equipment.
• Manage grain bunker and shed storage, stock segregation and inventory.
• Safely and accurately load bulk vehicles.
• Complete equipment pre-starts and operational records.
• Maintain high safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
