Job summary

JBWere, part of NAB, invites applications for a Graduate, Wealth Associate position in Canberra. You will join a team of wealth advisers and gain hands-on exposure to wealth management, investments and financial advice, building a foundation for a long-term career in the industry.

You’ll learn wealth management foundations, support client reviews and portfolio administration, and develop client relationships through proactive service and communication.

Qualifications

• Recently completed or soon-to-be completed degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Financial Planning or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• A proactive mindset with initiative to take ownership of your development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Learn wealth management foundations while working alongside experienced advisers.
• Support client reviews, portfolio administration and investment-related activities.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Gain firsthand exposure to investment markets, portfolio construction and financial advice processes.
