You will learn from senior traders, participate in mock floor-trading sessions, and rotate across product areas to gain broad exposure. A STEM background and strong quantitative skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• A degree in a STEM subject or equivalent.
• Strong numerical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Programming experience with VBA and Python is advantageous.
