You will rotate across desks to gain broad exposure, learn from senior traders, and contribute to innovative projects in a fast-paced market environment. A STEM degree and strong numerical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical ability and logical decision making under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and make your own mark within a collegiate but fast-moving environment.
• Programming ability with VBA and Python.
• Degree in STEM or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Senior Traders to learn and apply options theory.
• Rotate across desks to gain exposure to different product areas.
• Contribute to real-time trading projects and risk understanding.
• Add value through proactive problem solving and ownership of outcomes.
• Engage in structured rotational training and desk placement.
