Job summary

RPS is seeking a Graduate Surveyor to join the Survey team in Yarrabilba, providing hands-on fieldwork across cadastral, development and infrastructure projects in South East Queensland.

You will be supported by experienced Surveyors while building practical experience and working towards registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland. A current QLD manual driver’s licence and Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Completed or near-completed recognised qualification in surveying.
• Interest in cadastral, land development and infrastructure surveying.
• Willingness to develop technical skills.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Current Queensland manual driver's licence.
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Undertake fieldwork across cadastral, development and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with survey calculations, data processing and preparation of plans.
• Gain experience using modern surveying equipment and technology.
• Support projects from initial fieldwork through to final deliverables.
• Work closely with experienced Surveyors, Team Leaders and Survey Managers.
• Develop understanding of cadastral surveying requirements and professional standards.
• Build communication and client liaison skills as experience develops.
