Job summary

Avina is offering a 12-month Graduate Program for Speech Pathology graduates, providing a 9-week onboarding and gradual caseload ramp-up across community and clinic settings. You will work with a supportive team of clinicians while developing your clinical identity and expanding your skills through multidisciplinary learning.

The program emphasizes ongoing supervision, case consultation, and structured professional development to help new graduates transition into independent practice.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology completed or nearing completion.
• Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility.
• Interest in community and person-centred practice.
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS documentation and report writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, home and school environments.
• Caseload will build gradually with ongoing clinical support during the graduate year.
