APM Group is offering an Early Start Australia Graduate program in Maroochydore. You will join a close-knit allied health team, receive dedicated clinical supervision and mentoring, and grow while making a positive impact on children and families.

The 12-month program progresses you from student to practicing therapist with structured induction, supervision, and ongoing support to manage your own caseload within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology.
• SPA registration or membership.
• Current Driver’s Licence and vehicle.
• NDIS workers screening check & Police Check.
• Accredited first aid & CPR certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams using a key worker/transdisciplinary approach.
• Monitor, review and adapt therapy programs based on progress and feedback.
• Maintain accurate documentation and NDIS-related records.
