Job summary

Everyday Independence is recruiting a Graduate Speech Pathologist for a program that welcomes new graduates, or those returning to practice, across Mile End, Seaford & Elizabeth. You’ll receive structured supervision, mentoring and PD leave to build confidence and impact for people with disability.

Qualifications

• Recently completed Speech Pathology degree and SPA registration.
• Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to work in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy in environments that matter most to participants—homes, schools, workplaces, and communities.
• Empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve personal goals.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to share ideas and create innovative solutions.
• Build meaningful relationships that drive positive change with participants.
