Job summary

Everyday Independence in Sydney’s Western Suburbs invites a Graduate Speech Pathologist to join its Western Sydney program. Based in Parramatta, you’ll deliver evidence-based therapy across homes, schools, workplaces and communities, guided by structured supervision and interdisciplinary collaboration.

You will start with strong induction, 1:1 clinical supervision, and modular learning to build confidence, skills, and professional growth in a values-driven, nationwide team.

Qualifications

• A recently completed Speech Pathology degree and current (or pending) SPA registration
• Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
• A valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to work in community settings

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy in environments that matter to participants – homes, schools, workplaces, and communities
• Empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve personal goals
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to share ideas and create innovative solutions
• Build meaningful relationships that drive positive change with participants
