APM Group’s Early Start Australia Graduate program offers 12 months of structured induction, clinical skills training and mentorship. You’ll work at the Carindale clinic delivering early intervention speech pathology services, with weekly supervision, dedicated buddy and ongoing case load ramp-up.
You’ll collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, document outcomes, and access CPD allowances, relocation support and a clear path from graduate to independent clinician.
