AZZO in Tonsley, South Australia, is seeking a Graduate Solutions Estimator to join our team. This hands-on role develops technical proposals and cost estimates for industrial electrical, control systems, SCADA and energy management projects.

The position suits electricians transitioning off the tools, technicians, or graduates with practical site experience who want a technical office-based career. Full-time permanent role, onsite in Tonsley.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification, technical diploma, or engineering background.
• Experience in industrial electrical, automation, control systems, switchboards, or energy projects.
• Exposure to estimating, quoting, project coordination, or technical sales.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Industrial controls or PLC exposure.
• AutoCAD or electrical drawing exposure.

The Role

We are looking for a Graduate Solutions Estimator to join our team based in Tonsley.

This role is ideal for:

• Electricians looking to transition off the tools
• Industrial or automation technicians
• Estimators from electrical contracting backgrounds
• Tradespeople wanting to move into a technical office‑based role
• Graduate or Junior engineers with practical site experience

You’ll work closely with our Solutions, Engineering, and Business Development teams to help develop technical proposals and cost estimates for industrial electrical, control systems, SCADA and energy management projects.

This is a hands‑on technical and commercial role where practical industry knowledge is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
