Qualifications

• Degree: B.S. Computer Science or related field.
• Strong academic results for honours graduates.
• Background or experience in Software Engineering and/or Automation.
• Experience with real-time manual and automated environments.
• Experience with various equipment interface protocols.
• Knowledge of WMS / WCS software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good technical skills and ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL basics.
• Programming Languages: C, Scripting Languages.
• Australian Work Rights: PR or Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated commissioning tests between software and MHE on- and off-site.
• Write commissioning test scripts based on project specifications.
• Debugging and QA/testing; fix and validate issues.
• Capture, summarise and communicate testing results with the team.
• Record evidence of test results in real-time and track progress.
• Triage, record, prioritise and manage issues affecting progress.
• Coordinate between PM/Lead, Systems Integration, and end customer.
• Train end users with Dematic application workflows.
• Provide customer startup support and contribute to release procedures.
