Job summary

B&R Enclosures Pty Ltd in Brisbane's Heathwood HQ is seeking a Software Engineer Graduate to join our Systems Engineering team. The role is full-time, reporting to the Applications Manager, and focuses on software development, testing, documentation, and supporting business improvement projects.

The successful candidate will work with users to document solutions, analyze systems, and train end users, while developing skills in C#, Java and SQL within an industrial enclosure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Proficient in programming, including C# and Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, test and maintain software applications.
• Test and debug software, identifying and resolving software issues.
• Assist with data analysis and system integration activities.
• Complete technical documentation and user training materials.
• Support internal system help requests.
• Participate in business improvement and process optimisation projects.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Assist & train end users.
