Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia invites graduates to join our 24-month Graduate Program, starting January 2027, in an on-site capacity at Williamtown as well as Adelaide and Brisbane locations. This permanent full-time role offers a solid career foundation with hands-on experience across multiple engineering business units including E-7A Wedgetail, MQ-28 Ghost Bat and Joint Systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold a tertiary degree qualification in engineering, computer science or information technology.
• Graduates join a permanent full-time program commencing January 2027.
• Program focuses on developing core software engineering skills within defence projects.

Responsibilities

• As a Graduate Software Engineer you will contribute to mission system software with focus on cyber security, scalability and performance.
• You will assist in design, development, integration and test of hardware and software systems.
• You will write code to solve complex problems.
• You will collaborate with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions for the Australian Defence Force.
