CMC Markets ANZ is launching its Technology Development Graduate Program in Sydney, offering an 18-month maximum-term contract. You will join an engineering squad, start with execution tasks in Agile delivery, BAU development and production support, and progress into AI-native projects within trading technology.

Ideal graduates hold a CS or SE degree, graduated in 2026, and are eager to learn, collaborate, and iterate.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Recently graduated in 2026 and eligible for the Graduate Program.

Responsibilities

• Embed in an established engineering squad and contribute to day-to-day Agile delivery and BAU development.
• Develop technical capability and financial markets knowledge while progressing into AI-native engineering.
• Work on real AI projects and emerging technologies to solve business problems.
• Contribute to AI-skilled workflows, data engineering, and structured outputs.
