Job summary

VINCI in Sydney is seeking a Graduate or Site Engineer to join our Civil team on iconic bridge and structural infrastructure projects. You will gain hands-on experience across construction activities such as bridge works, post-tensioning, and bearing replacement on major infrastructure.

You will work alongside experienced project managers and engineers, developing practical skills on-site, coordinating crews, and contributing to project reporting and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (completed or nearing completion).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a project team and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and delivery of bridge and structural works.
• Support post-tensioning and bearing replacement activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site crews.
• Monitor quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Manage site documentation and project reporting.
• Assist with project scheduling and progress tracking.
• Participate in inspections and site investigations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
