Design & Build Recruitment invites applications for a 2026 Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer role in Southern Sydney. The successful candidate will work with experienced engineers on diverse residential projects across NSW and the ACT, gaining hands-on experience in inspections, reporting and timber/steel/concrete design.

The program includes a 30-week Graduate Engineering Seminar, structured mentoring, and exposure to multiple disciplines. Australian drivers licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering expected by 2026.
• Interest in structural engineering and residential projects.
• Strong writing and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Structural inspections and defect investigations.
• Causation and technical report writing.
• Timber, steel and concrete design involvement.
• Prepare scopes of work and engineering documentation.
• AutoCAD drafting tasks and client liaison.
