Network Rail Consulting (NRC) in Sydney invites applications from recently graduated engineers to join our three-year Graduate Development Program. You will gain hands-on experience across diverse rail projects, rotating through disciplines every six months and undertaking a six‑week UK immersion with our parent company.

This role develops technical, commercial and consultancy skills to establish a long‑term career in rail, with mentoring, training courses and professional networking

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Civil or Systems Engineering.
• Recent graduate or in final year seeking graduate development.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across diverse rail projects.
• Rotate through different disciplines every six months.
• Support bids and proposals and develop technical requirements.
