Job summary

Egis invites applications for a Graduate Project Manager to contribute to real rail projects from week one, within a growing Urban Transport team in Australia. The 2027 graduate intake offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to scheduling tools.

You'll work across project support, coordination, and quality assurance while developing core project management skills and collaborating with senior engineers and managers.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree required in Engineering, Management or Finance.
• Available to start February 2027.
• Eligible to work full-time in Australia.
• Applicants outside Australia will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling, time management, invoicing and related tasks across projects.
• Coordinate across multiple rail disciplines with project managers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Identify and solve problems to improve project outcomes.
