Job summary

Concrete Protection and Repair Services is seeking a Project Engineer / Graduate Project Engineer to join the team for oversight and running of multiple projects. Office work and site work will be conducted at the Seven Hills site office, NSW, with exposure to a range of concrete strengthening, protection and repair projects.

The role involves coordinating resources, reading drawings and specs, and delivering projects safely and efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
• Ability to read and understand project documentation including drawings, specifications, standards and the like.
• Proficient and professional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to liaise with Clients, Stakeholders, Contractors and Construction Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating a variety of projects to ensure safe and efficient delivery
• Monitor project productivities and budgets and report on profitability
• Work closely with operations team to ensure projects are resourced appropriately
• Order materials in a timely fashion
• Create and Implement Quality, Safety and Environmental plans for each project ensuring delivery is in line with specifications and stakeholder expectations
• Manage contracts to ensure additional works are captured and entitlements are fulfilled
• Complete as-built drafting as required on some projects
• Assist with completion of project quality documentation (Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's) etc) in line with stakeholder requirements
• Support with the estimating of projects, including reviewing documentation, specifications and quantifying resource requirements
