Job summary

MinterEllison in Melbourne seeks an Early Careers Consultant to lead Clerkship and Graduate programs. You will drive end-to-end student hiring, build relationships with senior leaders and students, and manage university partnerships with events and presentations.

You will design orientation and development programs, act as the main People & Culture contact for clerks and graduates, and partner with the business to continuously improve the programs. This role is based in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to recruit in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Clerkship/Graduate or campus recruitment is valued.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end student hiring for Clerkship and Graduate programs.
• Build relationships with senior partners, leaders, and students.
• Manage university partnerships, including events and careers fairs.
• Design and deliver orientation and development programs for Clerks and Graduates.
• Be the go-to People & Culture contact for Clerk and Graduate cohorts.
• Collaborate with the business to advise and continuously improve programs.
