Western Power in Perth CBD is seeking an Entry Level Program Consultant to coordinate its entry level programs, including graduates, apprentices and trainees, ensuring they are efficient and aligned with workforce planning.

You will plan rotations, manage stakeholder relationships, monitor training, and support development of talent pathways while upholding VET requirements and contributing to a cleaner energy future.

Qualificações

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or working towards with significant relevant experience.
• Demonstrated previous experience working in a busy HR team, providing support / advice / administrative services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service and the ability to create and maintain networks.
• Intermediate to advanced level of MS office applications.
• Ability to develop, implement and review HR policies, processes, and practices.
• Interaction with others requires understanding, influencing, and supporting people, through applying technical knowledge or rational arguments.
• Prior experience with process development and enhancement activities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Western Power’s entry level programs across the business.
• Plan and co-coordinate rotations and career planning for entry level participants, ensuring VET requirements are met.
• Work with steering committees to establish strategic direction and improvements for the programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with employees and formal leaders involved in entry level programs.
• Engage with external stakeholders such as educational institutions and associations.
• Schedule training to meet needs of entry level employees, trainees and graduates.
• Monitor training effectiveness and assist leaders to maintain program standards.
• Support recruitment planning for Entry Level Programs and interface for implementation.
