EY Australia invites graduates to join the Finance stream, offering a pathway across Assurance, Consulting, Strategy, Transactions, Corporate Finance, or Tax teams. You’ll tackle real business challenges, collaborate with high-performing teams, and begin making an impact from day one.

Qualifications

  • You are in the final year of your degree, or you have graduated and it has been no more than 24 months since you completed your studies at the time of your application.
  • You are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident. International students should refer to our International Student criteria to ascertain their eligibility before applying.

  • Candidates are required to submit an online application, attaching their passport (or alternative photo ID), CV, and academic transcript.
  • Eligible candidates will be invited to provide their team preferences and motivations.
  • Candidates may be invited to complete an online Job Simulation assessment, which includes a video response question.
  • Once we review your application and assessment results, you may be invited to an interview or a Recruitment Day.

Please note that it can take up to six weeks to hear from us as we have a rigorous recruitment process in place for our student program roles.
