EY Australia is offering a Graduate Program for eligible students who are in their final year or have graduated within the last 24 months. The program focuses on developing technical capability, leadership skills, and a global network through coaching and training while embedding an inclusive culture.
Successful candidates will engage in online assessments, team preference discussions, and a rigorous recruitment process.
As you write your next chapter what shape will it take?
Join us as a graduate and you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional career. We’ll empower you with the latest technology, surround you with high-performing teams, and provide the global scale and diverse and inclusive culture you need to discover your full potential.
Through our coaching and training programs, you’ll develop the skills you need to stay relevant today and, in the future, – all while building a network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders who will be on the journey with you at EY and beyond.
As a Tax professional, you’ll help equip organisations to make better business decisions by combining diverse thinking with the power of technology and analytics. You’ll function as a true business advisor, building trusted relationships with clients, and business‑enabled tax planning that has an impact on an organisations’ financial viability and success.
To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you must meet the following criteria:
"My medical science degree enabled me to transition from academia into a client-facing Research and Development role, where I apply my scientific training to support clients in accessing government incentives by translating complex research into clear R&D and grant funding narratives and guide clients through the R&D Tax Incentive and grant funding processes."
"My Accounting degree equipped me with skills to question, research, and problem solve. EY took this further by giving me hands‑on experience applying legislation to real client challenges."
Candidates are required to submit an online application, attaching their passport (or alternative photo ID), CV, and academic transcript.
Eligible candidates will be invited to provide their team preferences and motivations.
Candidates may be invited to complete an online Job Simulation assessment, which includes a video response question.
Once we review your application and assessment results, you may be invited to an interview or a Recruitment Day.
Please note that it can take up to six weeks to hear from us as we have a rigorous recruitment process in place for our student program roles.
We recommend applying early as we will be recruiting on an ongoing basis, and positions will close once filled. We ask that you only submit one application.
Apply now - We’re all in to shape your future with confidence.
