Job summary

ResMed in Sydney is launching the 2027 cohort of the Product Management Graduate Rotation Program. This structured two-year program includes four six-month rotations across the Product organisation, exposing you to multiple products, teams and development stages.

You will contribute to meaningful work and gradually take on greater ownership as you grow. Rotations span masks, devices, digital, product marketing and growth, building foundations to become a thoughtful product manager while helping

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business, design, commerce, engineering, computer science or a related field.
Genuine interest in product management and improving healthcare through better products and experiences.
Curiosity about people, their needs and the problems that matter to them.

Responsibilities

Explore consumer and provider needs across the broader sleep health ecosystem.
Contribute to real product challenges with clear objectives and ownership.
Build knowledge across the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and scale.
Collaborate with teams across Engineering, CX and Design, PM, Marketing, Analytics and QA.
Use insights and business context to support product decisions.
Learn how PMs define success, assess trade-offs and improve solutions.
Take on greater independence as capability develops.
Share learning and build relations with grads in the cohort.
