Job summary

Resmed in Sydney offers a two-year Product Management Graduate Rotation Program with four six-month rotations across the Product organisation. You will work on multiple product areas from discovery through delivery, collaborating with Engineering, CX and Design, PM, Marketing, Analytics and more.

You will learn from experienced colleagues, take on increasing ownership, and build the foundations to become a thoughtful product manager while contributing to health technologies that improve everyday

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or student in final year across relevant fields.
• Genuine interest in product management and improving healthcare through better products.
• Curiosity about people, their needs and the problems that matter to them.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems and explain recommendations clearly.
• Confidence with incomplete information and asking useful questions.
• Collaborative approach across disciplines.
• Clear communication that makes complex ideas easier to understand.

Responsibilities

• Explore consumer and provider needs across the sleep health ecosystem.
• Contribute to real product challenges with defined learning outcomes and ownership.
• Complete four six-month rotations across Product environments.
• Build knowledge across the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and scale.
• Collaborate with Engineering, CX, Design, PM, Marketing, Analytics, Regulatory and more.
• Use insights and technical input to support product decisions and measure success.
