Job summary

Australian Country Choice (ACC) in Cannon Hill, QLD, offers a two-year graduate program that rotates you through key areas of our beef supply chain from paddock to plate. You’ll gain practical experience and exposure to industry-leading operations, with formal mentoring, leadership development and networking opportunities to set you up for a career in agribusiness.

Qualifications

• Recently completed or soon to be completed tertiary qualification in Food Science, Agribusiness, Animal Science, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, Business, Human Resources or related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Leadership potential and a desire to develop your career.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

During the two-year program, you'll complete structured rotations across key areas, gaining practical experience and exposure to industry-leading operations.

Year 1 - Build Your Foundation

Rotations may include:

• Workplace Health & Safety
• Quality Assurance and Food Safety
• Production Planning and Logistics
• Stockyards Operations
• Environment and Sustainability
• Shared Services including Human Resources, Finance and Communications

Year 2 - Choose Your Path

As your experience grows, you'll have opportunities to further develop your skills across:

• Primary Processing Operations
• Further Processing and Value-Added Production
• Procurement and Stores
• Cold Stores and Distribution
• Sales and Customer Service
• Human Resources
• Special projects aligned to your interests and career goals

Upon successful completion of the program, you will have developed a strong understanding of processing operations, supply chain management, compliance, food production and business operations, positioning you for future leadership opportunities across ACC.

What we're looking for

You will bring:
