Job summary

Veolia invites graduates to join the team at the Luggage Point Advanced Water Treatment Plant in Pinkenba, Brisbane. You’ll work with experienced engineers, gain hands-on exposure to process engineering, plant operations, water quality and asset management, and help improve safety, reliability and efficiency of the facility.

You’ll monitor performance, analyse data and contribute to projects while developing your engineering career within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering is required.
• Willingness to learn in an operational environment.
• Desire to develop a career in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering and operations teams.
• Monitor plant processes and analyse performance data.
• Troubleshoot process and operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and plant performance.
• Support asset management and engineering projects.
• Prepare technical reports, procedures and work instructions.
• Contribute to safety, risk and continuous improvement initiatives.
