Job summary

Ausenco invites new graduates to join a dynamic Graduate Program in Australia. You will gain hands-on resource sector experience, work on real projects, and benefit from mentorship, technical training, and varied networking opportunities to accelerate your career.

Participants graduate in 2027 and can start full-time from January 2028, with rotations through core and non-core areas such as Business Development and Health & Safety, plus site rotations to broaden practical exposure.

Qualifications

  • Engineering bachelor’s degree in Chemical or equivalent.
  • Graduating in 2027, with the ability to work full time starting from January 2028.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in rotations across core and non-core options including Business Development and Health and Safety.
  • Site-based rotations to enhance learning and practical engineering exposure.

About You
  • Qualifications: Hold an Engineering bachelor’s degree in Chemical or equivalent.
  • Status: You will be graduating in 2027, with the ability to work full time starting from January 2028.
  • Engineering Exposure: While previous industry exposure to engineering is advantageous, it is not essential.
  • Eligibility: You must have full Australian working rights to be eligible for this position.
