South32 Group Operations Pty. Ltd. is seeking a determined Graduate Process Engineer to join its Worsley Refinery, located in Western Australia.

This permanent role offers a 40-hour work week and a 9-day fortnight, with a two-year structured development program to build technical, professional and personal capabilities. You will collaborate across technical, production and maintenance teams, monitor process control for quality, review plant performance and contribute to improvements that enhance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or process engineering required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical, production and maintenance teams to coordinate plant priorities.
• Monitor process control parameters to support product quality and minimise losses.
• Review plant performance and maintenance needs to identify hazards and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to solutions that improve plant reliability and operational outcomes.
