Job summary

Concentric in St Ives, NSW is seeking a Graduate Physiotherapist to join our aged care team. This full-time role focuses on proactive, outcomes‑driven therapy through our Active Living Program to improve strength, mobility and quality of life for residents.

You'll work closely with residential teams and community clients, delivering tailored rehabilitation, group exercise, and 1:1 therapy with opportunities to run groups and see real functional progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physiotherapy degree and be eligible for AHPRA registration.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Working with Children Check required.

Responsibilities

• Discover residents' strengths and goals to tailor therapy plans.
• Assess functional abilities and design personalised rehabilitation programs.
• Deliver group and 1:1 therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, cognition, and daily living.
• Collaborate with residents, families and staff for person-centred care.
• Document assessments and progress clearly and accurately.
