Queensland Government invites applications for a Graduate Physiotherapist to join the Sunshine Coast Health Physiotherapy team. The training role delivers entry-level clinical services across multiple rotations within Sunshine Coast Health.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide care to Queensland Health stakeholders, with supervision from more senior physiotherapists and opportunities to contribute to after-hours and weekend services if required. Term: 12 months.

• Ability to adapt to a variety of clinical rotations and clinical protocols.

Job description

We're excited to welcome a Graduate Physiotherapist to our Physiotherapy team!The purpose of the training role is to deliver entry-level New Graduate Physiotherapy clinical services across a variety of clinical rotations within Sunshine Coast Health.Deliver Physiotherapy clinical services as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health, in accordance with the goals, policies and requirements of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate competent knowledge, expertise and skill in the provision of Physiotherapy services commensurate with level of experience in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, existing evidence-based practice and established clinical protocols.Deliver entry-level Physiotherapy clinical services as rostered within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, including the provision of after hour services, shift work and weekend services if required by the service.Apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to more complex clinical decision making under the clinical practice supervision of a more senior Physiotherapist.Remuneration value up to $132 567 p.a., comprising salary between $80,015 - $116,189 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Fixed term temporary full times positions available for 12 months). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
