Monash Health in Melbourne is inviting Graduate Occupational Therapists to join our Allied Health Mental Health Graduate Program for 2027. This 12-month program offers exposure to a range of mental health settings across community and inpatient services, with supervision and a structured learning program to build confidence and OT skills.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, supported by a dedicated Clinical Educator, with protected learning time and regular supervision.

Formación

• Early-career Occupational Therapist with genuine interest in mental health.
• Bachelor/Master of Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Current general AHpra registration as an Occupational Therapist, unrestrained.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Gaining experience across a range of mental health settings, supporting children, young people, adults and older adults in community and inpatient services.
• Developing foundations of mental health practice: assessment, formulation and therapeutic intervention.
• Working with a dedicated Occupational Therapy Clinical Educator and regular supervision within a structured learning program.
• Joining a multidisciplinary graduate cohort to learn from experienced clinicians and peers.
