Mercy Health is seeking Mental Health Graduate Occupational Therapists for a part-time, fixed-term role (0.8 EFT) across Wyndham and Hobson's Bay. The program includes thorough orientation, paid study days, structured training, and clinical supervision in a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes high-quality, client-centered OT assessments and interventions, with a recovery-oriented, culturally sensitive approach and opportunities to grow skills in various settings.

Formación

• Passion for mental health, advocacy and recovery.
• Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and problem solve in a busy mental health setting.
• Ability to nurture respectful team relationships and collaborate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality client-focused Occupational Therapy assessment and interventions to clients, families and carers.
• Contribute to holistic, recovery-oriented, strengths-based, culturally sensitive care.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering responsive, flexible services to consumers.
• Rotational program across Wyndham and Hobson's Bay with opportunities in bed-based, residential/rehabilitation and community settings.
