Archidiom is an established, design-led architectural practice with over 25 years of experience delivering bespoke architecture, interiors and masterplanning across residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
Our work is grounded in a clear design philosophy — creating an architectural language that responds to context, engages the senses and integrates seamlessly with its environment.
We operate as a collaborative, multidisciplinary studio, offering a holistic design-to-delivery approach that brings together design, documentation and construction management to deliver refined, considered and buildable outcomes.
We are looking for an Experienced Architectural Graduate to join our team and contribute across a diverse range of projects.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Architectural Graduate who has been in the industry for some time and ready to take greater ownership of their work within a supportive, hands-on studio environment.
You will work closely with senior architect and designers across projects from concept through to construction documentation and delivery. The role will provide exposure to the full architectural process, with opportunities to develop both your design and technical capabilities.
You will be expected to contribute confidently to projects, work collaboratively with the team, and progressively take responsibility for specific aspects of project delivery.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, curious and genuinely interested in architecture and the process of bringing good design into reality.
You will ideally have:
You’ll be joining a small, collaborative studio where you can be involved in more than just one part of the architectural process.
Rather than being confined to a single role or stage, you’ll have the opportunity to work across design, documentation, consultant coordination and construction, gaining valuable experience across the full project lifecycle.
For the right person, this role provides a pathway to develop into a more senior project role, with increasing responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with experienced architects and directors.
If you’re an experienced Architectural Graduate looking for a role where you can continue to grow, take on responsibility and contribute to meaningful projects, we’d love to hear from you.
