Ability Action Australia is a national therapy provider launching a graduate Occupational Therapy program in Australia. Graduates will be mentored, supported and prepared to become clinically confident OTs.

You will work with participants in community or clinic settings, receive 1:1 supervision, and benefit from flexible work options including office or home environments. Salary is AUD 89,600 plus super.

Qualifications

• Soon-to-be graduated OT ready for registration with AHPRA.
• Curious, compassionate and eager to learn new skills.
• Desire flexible work with growth and support.
• Licensed driver with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in community or clinic settings.
• Complete assessments and write reports for therapy.
• Advocate with participants and carers to achieve goals.
