Our graduate program supports new OT grads with structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing supervision to build confidence, clinical reasoning and practical experience.

In this role you will support participants in community or clinic environments, complete assessments, write reports, and advocate with carers to help achieve goals, while enjoying flexible work

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Graduate-friendly environment with structured onboarding.
• Demonstrated flexibility, growth mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in community or clinic settings.
• Complete assessments, write reports and support therapy.
• Advocate for and collaborate with participants and carers to achieve goals.
