Job summary

Gen Physio is seeking a New Graduate Occupational Therapist for a Logan region position. The role offers a structured program, 1:1 supervision, and exposure to community practice, home modifications and virtual care.

Applicants should have completed a Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy, hold a driver’s licence, and be prepared to obtain checks and insurance required for work in the NDIS space. Flexible start and onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor or Master).
• Drivers license and access to a vehicle.
• National Police Check, First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain.
• Public Indemnity Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover or willingness to obtain.
• NDIS Worker screening or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Graduate program providing broad exposure across community practice and rehab.
• Support early intervention, home modifications, assistive technology and virtual care.
• 6‑week onboarding with 1:1 supervision and regular skills assessments.
• MDT catch‑ups with Physios, Speechies, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.
