Job summary

Benchmark Rehab is seeking enthusiastic Occupational Therapy graduates to join our Sydney team for a 12-month Graduate Program starting February 2027. You will work with a team of allied health experts to support clients in recovery, regain independence and return to meaningful life and work goals.

The program provides mentorship, structured onboarding, regular coaching, progressive case exposure and clear career pathways within a supportive, flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Passionate about helping people achieve meaningful life and work outcomes.
• Hold full Australian working rights and a driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Functional and workplace assessments and rehabilitation planning.
• Ergonomics, manual handling and return‑to‑work planning.
• Equipment prescription and client‑centred rehabilitation.
• Case management and stakeholder engagement with clinical reporting.

Job Description

We're looking for enthusiastic Occupational Therapy graduates to join our Sydney team in our North Ryde or CBD office, commencing February 2027.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll work alongside a team of allied health experts to support clients recovering from injury and illness. Using your OT skills, you'll help people regain independence, return to meaningful activities and achieve their health, life and work goals.

You’ll gain experience across:

• Functional and workplace assessments
• Ergonomics and manual handling
• Return to work planning
• Equipment prescription and functional rehabilitation
• Case management and stakeholder engagement
• Clinical reporting and goal-focused interventions
