Job summary

Benchmark Rehab is seeking enthusiastic Occupational Therapy graduates to join our Sydney team in North Ryde or CBD, commencing February 2027. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work with a team of allied health experts to help clients regain independence and achieve health, life and work goals.

You will gain experience across functional/workplace assessments, ergonomics, return-to-work planning, equipment prescription and case management within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Passionate about helping people achieve meaningful life and work outcomes.
• Strong communicators with a collaborative mindset.
• Curious, motivated and eager to learn.
• Hold a current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and workplace assessments.
• Assist with ergonomics and manual handling.
• Develop return-to-work plans.
• Prescribe equipment and support rehabilitation.
• Manage cases and engage stakeholders.
• Prepare clinical reports and set goals.
