Job summary

Peninsula Plus in Australia is seeking graduates to join our supportive team as Graduate Occupational Therapists. You will deliver evidence-informed, strengths-based support to children and young adults across clinic, schools, and community settings, while building your clinical reasoning and professional identity.

Our Graduate Program offers a comprehensive induction, gradual caseload build, weekly supervision, mentoring, shadowing, and targeted professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy degree.
  • Registered with AHPRA or eligible for registration.
  • Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-informed, strengths-based support to children and young adults.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Work across settings: clinic, schools/kindergartens, client homes, and community.
  • Collaborate with families, educators and other professionals.
  • Develop clinical skills and contribute to program development.

About the Role

As a Graduate Occupational Therapist at Peninsula Plus, you will:

  • Deliver evidence-informed, strengths-based support to children and young adults

  • Provide both individual and group therapy sessions

  • Work across a variety of settings, including:

    • Clinic

    • Schools and kindergartens

    • Client homes

    • Community settings

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support meaningful outcomes

  • Expand and develop your clinical skills

  • Be involved in the innovation and development of new programs to meet the needs of our community

  • Your caseload will be carefully designed to match your experience level and areas of interest.

Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master of Occupational therapy
